Yongjin Lee

With over a decade of experience in public practice, YongJin founded Acurion Advisory with a clear purpose: to offer accounting and advisory services that are not only technically sound but genuinely personalised, forward-focused, and grounded in long-term relationships.
Much of his experience was built at a Top 100 Australian accounting firm, where he worked closely with businesses, family groups, and individuals. During this time, he developed a strong, practical foundation in tax, accounting, and business advisory.
Over time, he observed that many clients were not just looking for technical expertise – they valued clarity, timely guidance, and a trusted partnership to help them make confident decisions and plan ahead. This insight helped shape Acurion Advisory’s commitment to proactive, client-centred service.
Although accounting looks backward by nature, YongJin believes its real value lies in how that information is understood and applied. With proactive advice, past data does not stay in the past — it becomes a tool for progress.
Outside of work, YongJin is a devoted husband and father who values quality time with his family. He enjoys capturing moments through drone and landscape photography, finding creativity and calm behind the lens. He also plays golf regularly as a way to stay grounded, reflect, and challenge himself both mentally and physically.
